I have been using LinkBuds for about 1 week, which is very interesting with its design that does not go inside your ear, although it is in the size of earbuds. Today, I will explain to you what the headphones offer me in the reviews I made in this 1 week, their successful and unsuccessful aspects.

Before moving on to the review of the headset, let me give you my first impressions. First of all, the headset made me wonder at first because of its design. Because I was thinking how it would be, what kind of loss would be in sound quality. However, when I started using the headset, I saw that it was ergonomically very comfortable. In addition to its comfort, don't let the sound quality worry you. It easily pulls you into the music. If I were to collect these, I can say that Sony LinkBuds pleased me greatly.

How is Sony LinkBuds sound quality?


As your editor, I write content with particular care towards headphones. As someone who constantly listens to music when writing content, on the go or playing games at home, I am also aware of how important it is to buy a new headset. The most important things to consider when buying a headset are sound quality and comfort. Apart from this, of course, charging time is also extremely important for wireless headphones, but I find headphones that do not provide a good music experience annoying.

When it comes to the sound quality of Sony LinkBuds, I can say that it has an audio technology that will take you to a completely different world. Frankly, I did not expect this headset to be like this when I first got it, but the fact that it does not disconnect you from the environment and provides a quality sound experience, made it the wireless headset that gives the most concert feeling among all the headphones I have used (I can say that they are too many).

Equipped with 12mm circular drivers enhanced by Sony's Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE), LinkBuds provide a rich and balanced sound where you can feel every note with these drivers. While doing this, I can easily say that the volume level of the headphones is sufficient. The only negative thing I can say about the sound quality of Sony LinkBuds might be the bass sounds. The bass sound of the headphone is definitely not bad, it just won't be satisfactory for people who love bass sounds a lot.

What can you expect from Sony LinkBuds design?



We can say that the most curious subject of those who will buy this headset is its design. Because the wireless headset, which does not have pads that go into your ear, also has a ring-shaped arrangement of drivers. In fact, these rings are the region where the headset will offer you sound. If you're wondering how LinkBuds will fit in my ear, I can put your mind at ease. Yes, LinkBuds don't fit inside your ear, but they hold on very firmly using the structure of your ear.

After the ring of the earphone is properly seated in your ear hole, the connection supporters on the top fix the earphone to your ear. This allows you to use the headphones in an extremely stable manner without losing sound quality. The point where the design of Sony LinkBuds makes the most difference compared to other headphones is that it offers a music experience without boring you. In normal earbuds, you cover your ear like a plug. While this offers a good music experience, it cuts off all contact with the outside. LinkBuds, on the other hand, promises a comfortable experience even for long-term use with its ring design.

When you talk to someone, you don't need to remove the earphones, since it is in a ring design, you can hear the surround sounds while the earphones are plugged in. The earphones weigh 4 grams each. Thanks to their light structure, they do not disturb your ears even for long-term use.

What performance does Sony LinkBuds promise in phone calls?


If you are a person who is constantly on the phone and you will prefer LinkBuds for this reason, I will tell you a little about my experience on this subject. In the interviews I made, I received feedback that the microphone transmits my voice to the other party clearly. There were some who said that the sound in some feedbacks was a little low. People who said that the sound was low also gave feedback as "it would be better if it was a little louder" even though they said they could understand me.

When we look at the voice coming from the other party in the interviews, I can say that it is extremely sufficient and clear. Sony LinkBuds, which was generally successful in phone calls, was a wireless headset that I found successful in all of my reviews.

Sony LinkBuds, how is the battery performance?


Another important aspect in wireless headphones is battery performance. After all, it's not nice to listen to music for an hour and then look for a place to charge. When we look at the battery of Sony LinkBuds, we are greeted with a 17-hour usage time with its box. The disposable batteries of the headphones without the box are officially enough for 5.5 hours. Of course, this does not give the same result when used in daily life. When I use this headphone, I usually run out of charge in 4 hours. If you like to listen to loud music like me, the performance you will get will be around 4 - 4.5 hours. However, in daily use, I can say that the battery performance does not tire me, it is more than enough.

LinkBuds, Sony's wireless headphones, passed our reviews positively. So would I want to buy and use it? Yes to that too. What comes into play here is the price. Considering all the earphones in the industry, it is a headphone that pays off in its price range with its different design and quality sound performance. However, I am also aware that it is not always possible to pay this much for a headset. The device, which comes with a 10-bit screen, is also very assertive in terms of color accuracy. The phone weighs 194 grams.

Coming with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, the phone promises a powerful experience in terms of performance. It has 1 x 3GHz Cortex X2 and 3 x 2.5GHz Cortex A710 cores as high performance cores. The Cortex A510 core, which is known as the efficiency core and has low power consumption, runs at 1.8GHz.


The Motorola phone, which comes with a triple rear camera, has a 50 Megapixel main camera. It also has a 50 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and a 2 Megapixel depth sensor. Supporting 8K video shooting, the phone helps to create 960 FPS slow motion video. On the front, there is a 60 Megapixel selfie camera with f / 2.2 aperture and 1.2um pixel size.


With a battery capacity of 5,000 mAh, Moto Edge X30 supports comfortable use with 68W TurboPower fast charging. Thanks to this technology, the company says you can fill half the battery in 13 minutes. The phone, which comes with the Android 12 operating system, has the MY UI 3.0 interface.


The device allows to create two different sessions and switch easily. You can use one for personal and one for business. On the other hand, Ready For 3.0 support is offered, similar to Samsung Dex.
